Doll Make-up

Hello. Saturday my friend is throwing a Halloween bash and I'm gonna be a doll, maybe a broken one? I'm not sure. I'm thinking porcelain doll, but not too white. I'm doing fake eyelashes for sure, but I need some help on achieving a doll-like look. I looked at the entry from a couple of weeks ago where all the girls looked like dolls, but I'm looking for some guidelines for a more pronounced,doll look as far as make-up is concerned.
so...doll makeup suggestions/tutorials please?
