fun ways to hide my eye
11th-Jan-2011 04:38 pm
I'm looking for haircuts, hats or other ways to fashionably hide my left eye. I have graves disease and because of that my left eye looks a lot larger than my right eye, I hide it so it won't freak people out.
I'm bored with my side swept bangs and I'm tired of being a pirate at every costume party. So I want all of your creative ideas for hiding that stupid eye, even very silly ideas.

Muchas gracias from the girl that's fly with a wonky eye

i really love the idea of decorating some eyepatches like the 2nd pic http://cn1.kaboodle.com/hi/img/b/0/0/f8/e/AAAAC6hHTIIAAAAAAPjgBA.jpg?v=1286596171000

would wearing cute glasses work?

Extremely tipped berets? Fascinators clipped to your bangs to hang over your eye? Vintage veiled headbands? Colorful clip-in hairpieces?

First off, I'm sorry you are feeling insecure about it. Like other people suggested, really sweet eye patches!

You could also try doing something more drastic with other parts of your head...like bright red lipstick, or a hair piece, to distract?

I agree with getting glasses :) or what about wearing hats?? Or maybe wear those clip in hair pieces in your bangs to make your bangs longer instead of side swept..
